The Assessment Team have provided Technical Requirements and Guidance via the Assessment Guidance course - available by accessing the 'My Courses' page on OCA Learn. The guidance below is intended to expand on this information adding technical steps to uploading your submission to OCA Learn.
Important Note: This article is only relevant to Music students submitting for assessment via OCA Learn, all other students must submit using GDrive. Please see the How do I submit for Assessment via GDrive? article for more information.
Before following the steps below, please ensure that all of the work you intend to submit is ready to upload to your submission folder. You can either download your work to your device and / or upload files that are stored in your student GDrive. If you are unsure how to share links to your learning log, see the How do I provide links to my learning log? article for more information.
1. Navigate to your unit on OCA Learn and select the 'Assessment' section.
2. Scroll down to the Summative Assessment Activity located at the end of the 'Assessment' section and click the title to open the submission page.
3. Select the 'Add Submission' button to begin. You will be required to accept the Turnitin End User License Agreement before continuing.
4. Watch the video titled Assessment Submission Guide that provides an example of how to upload your work, including creating folders. Please note this video shows a previous iteration of OCA Learn with different site colours and branding, but the process remains the same.
5. Once you're happy with your files and any text, ensure that you confirm your submission and await an email notification to confirm that your submission is complete.
