The Assessment Guidance course - available by accessing the 'My Courses' page on OCA Learn - provides a document titled 'Selection of Learning Log Entries - Assessment Submission Template'.
First, ensure you download this document from the Selecting Work for Assessment section. When you click on the document link, it will open a page called 'Copy document' and if you select 'Make a copy' this will put a copy of the template onto your own GDrive so you can edit it.
Once you make a copy, the document will open automatically.
You will need to insert your learning log links into this document and provide any relevant context.
If you scroll down to the second page, the Assessment Team has created an example of how to complete the columns. If you are unsure of how to get the links to your learning log posts, consult the How can I access my learning log and share it with others? article.
Once you have inserted all of the links to your learning log that you wish to submit, you will then need to download a copy of this document to your device. To do so, select 'File', 'Download' and 'Microsoft Word'. Selecting Microsoft Word will ensure that your assessor will be able to open the document with Google Docs as they are cross-compatible.
Now you have a copy saved to your device, you will need to access your Assessment submission folder - this should have been provided by the Assessment Team via email - and upload it to the relevant folder. See the How do I submit for Assessment via GDrive? article for more information.
