I have completed my unit, so why doesn't the progress show 100%?
If you have finished your course by completing all Projects / Assignments and all activity completion criteria has been met, you may find that your course progress still doesn't display 100% completion.
For units that require Assessment, there is a hidden progress tracker that will only be updated to 'Complete' once your Assessment results have been returned, therefore your course will not show as 100% complete until this time.
The hidden progress tracker is often located within the 'Assessment' or 'Resources' section of your course, so you may find that the progress tracker for this section displays a missing activity. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Tech Support by submitting a support request or emailing techsupport@oca.ac.uk.
Why is an activity I completed now showing as not complete?
If an activity that once was displaying as complete now appears to be incomplete, it is likely that the completion criteria was updated. This will not affect your completion of the task and the updated completion criteria is only applicable to students who haven't already attempted the activity.
See the What do the progress trackers mean on my course page? article for a further guide to progress trackers and completing activities on OCA Learn.
