Error: User Account Does Not Exist
"The user account firstname000000@oca.ac.uk does not exist in the 5b854f90-1dea-4e8d-880f-0acf34b7efa3 directory. To sign into this application, the account must be added to the directory."
The most common error, as shown above, refers to your OCA email address being missing from the directory. In this instance, Tech Support will ensure your account is added to the directory and an Office 365 Student license assigned to enable you to sign in. Please contact Tech Support by submitting a support request or emailing techsupport@oca.ac.uk.
Error: CAA20002
If you have been using Office 365 successfully and suddenly encounter an error referencing the code 'CAA20002', please contact IT Support by submitting a support request or emailing ithelpdesk@oca.ac.uk.
This is a known and persistent error affecting user accounts within and outside of OCA that is yet to be resolved by Microsoft. There are some workarounds to resolve this issue that IT Support can advise on, however we advise using Google Drive and Integrated Applications as an alternative to Microsoft Office / OneDrive. For more information, see the What is Google Drive? article.
