Google Drive (drive.google.com) can be accessed via a Web Browser or the Google Drive Application on Mobile / Tablet devices. Please note that you must be signed into your OCA Email Account to access Google Drive from a Web Browser; for more information see the How do I sign into my OCA Email Account? article.
Web Browser
To access Google Drive via a Web Browser, you can navigate to the Google homepage - google.com - and select the Google Applications Menu (9-dot grid icon) followed by the 'Drive' option, as shown in the screenshots below.
Alternatively, you can access Google Drive directly at drive.google.com.
Mobile / Tablet Devices
First, download the Google Drive Application available for free on both iOS and Android devices. Once installed, you will need to open the application and sign in using your OCA email address and password when prompted.
Once signed in, you'll have access to your existing files. You'll need to download the respective Integrated Applications - Google Docs, Google Sheets or Google Slides - if you wish to access and edit your files.
You can also access Google Drive using the Web Browser on your device as outlined in the guidance above, however this can lead to compatibility issues and is therefore not recommended.
