On the first day of your 2-week induction period you will be issued with a welcome email that contains your OCA email address and password. Your OCA email address consists of your first name, followed by your unique six-digit student number (firstname123456@oca.ac.uk).
Please note, if you are a returning student, your welcome email will contain a reminder of your OCA email address only. In the event that you require a password reset, you will need to contact Tech Support by submitting a support request or emailing techsupport@oca.ac.uk.
Your OCA email address is a managed Google Account, enabling you to access your student emails, sign into OCA provided websites and utilise Google’s suite of applications. OCA uses single sign-on (SSO) authentication, which means that you can sign into all OCA provided websites using Google, removing the need to enter any additional usernames or passwords.
It is essential that you sign into your email account prior to accessing any OCA provided facility, such as OCA Learn and OCA Spaces. For more information on how to sign in, please consult the How do I sign into my OCA Email Account? article.
